Here at Yoga at The Forge we offer a variety of Yoga classes all of which are accessible to every level of experience. We are passionate about Yoga practise and the benefits that it can bring, not just physically but mentally too. Your reasons for wanting to practise Yoga are personal to you but we can tell you from our experience that yoga could help you with weight loss, strength and conditioning, flexibility, chronic pain relief, anxiety and stress relief to name just a few.

Accessible to all bodies, ages and levels of mobility.  You don’t need to ‘do yoga’ to benefit from Yogic sleep.

Relief : The Back Pain Yoga Workshop

During this work shop we will clear the mind and focus on the present moment in meditation, link the body and the mind in a breath practise and move the body with ease and mindfulness to bring strength and flexibility.
